After spending 9 years in American oak, the spirit was further matured in French oak barrels that previously held Napa Valley Bordeaux varietal red wine which added perfumed aromatics and rounded out the mouthfeel. The spirit was then tamed with pristine wine country water.
Intense and inviting with caramelized sugar, baking spices, dark fruits, butterscotch and vanilla notes. The palate is smooth, ultra rich and layered. The finish is impressive with honey, toast and loads of caramel.

Mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled by the Albany Distilling Company. Made from grain grown in New York State and aged in freshly charred oak, there are no colorings or flavorings added: just pure barrel-aged whiskey.
Mellowed drop by drop through 10-feet of sugar maple charcoal, then matured in handcrafted barrels of our own making. And our Tennessee Whiskey doesn’t follow a calendar. It’s only ready when our tasters say it is. We judge it by the way it looks. By its aroma. And of course, by the way it tastes. It’s how Jack Daniel himself did it over a century ago. And how we still do it today.
In 1870, Old Forester became America’s First Bottled Bourbon when founder George Garvin Brown revolutionized the industry by being the first to put Bourbon in a glass bottle. Five generations and nearly 150 years later, Old Forester delivers a genuine Bourbon experience with 86 and 100 Proof at the core of the family. At 86 Proof, Old Forester delivers a fresh and bright flavor profile perfect for sipping neat, on the rocks, with a splash of water or in a classic cocktail.

Straight Edge is a blend of 5, 7 and 8-year-old Bourbon from Kentucky and Tennessee. The Bourbon was finished in the Napa Valley where it was aged in seasoned wine barrels. The barrels imparted toasty vanilla and dried fruit notes while also allowing the Bourbon to soften and mellow.
Aromatically intriguing with brown sugar, maple, caramelized oak, exotic spices, orange peel and campfire. The palate is velvety smooth, rich and packed with flavors of brown spice, honey and intense caramel. The complexity is apparent and the finish is persistent, long lasting and focused.
A remarkably smooth yet perfectly spiced Rye, crafted from a blend of whiskeys, up to 7 years old, and finished in seasoned French oak wine barrels which previously held Bob Cabral’s Williams Selyem Pinot Noir and other luxury Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
76% Rye, 21% Corn, 3% Malted Barley
Extraordinary deep amber color. Aromas of a beautiful vanilla crème brulée, spiced candied fruit-cake, bergamot, banana, earth, wood-smoke with a hint of black truffle. Decadent, complex flavors of citrus, caramel and butterscotch, layered baking spices with a touch of ginger with a silky-smooth lingering spice finish. Delicious in a cocktail. Whip Saw Rye needs nothing.
