The earliest mention of "aquavit" was in a letter written by Danish Lord Eske Bille in the 1500s. Danish aquavits are made from un-aged, grain-based spirit and are typically the most caraway-forward style of aquavit.
Our Danish-Style aquavit features the finest caraway from Finland as its lead flavor. The caraway is rounded out by several other botanicals from around the world including Icelandic angelica root and birch bark. It is a subtly spicy yet balanced spirit that's perfect in savory cocktail experiments.
First, the freshest blackberries and raspberries are chosen. Then the juices are squeezed, soaked in French spirits and left to mingle for four weeks. Tick tock. More French spirits are added. More tick tocking. After two weeks the infusion has infused. Bravo. Next, the fruit is pressed. The natural juices and sugars are captured. And bon. We have a delicious, sweet base as velvety as a velvet cushion.
Now the velvety base is blended with extracts of juicy black raspberry and blackcurrants. Fine French cognac, sweet Madagascan vanilla and fragrant herbs are added and they are all left to mingle. This is where Chambord develops its character. Bonjour Chambord.
And now we introduce the Master Blender. The one who uses a 300-year-old tradition to balance the flavours that make Chambord perfect. Bravo Master Blender.

The Combier story began nearly 180 years ago at
48 Rue Beaurepaire in the picturesque village of Saumur, just 200 miles southwest of Paris in the heart of France’s historic Loire Valley.
Local confectioners by trade, Jean-Baptiste Combier and his wife operated straight out of their very own kitchen. Together, they shared a dream of inventing something new; something that had never existed before; something with just the right spice, just the right smell, and just the right taste.
Caffè Borghetti, crafted from Ugo Borghetti’s original 1860 recipe, is the true espresso coffee liqueur. It was originally made to celebrate the inauguration of the famous Italian Pescara-Ancona railway line. Aromatic, with a sweet, soft, enveloping taste, Caffè Borghetti has a rich and intense aroma and a pleasant aftertaste of espresso coffee, capable of conquering on every occasion. The product reflects the Italian traditions that have become the hallmark of our culture.
Branca Menta is a digestif amaro invented in the mid 1960's when young drinkers began asking for mint syrup in their Fernet Branca. It contains peppermint and menthol in addition to the secret Fernet Branca herbal blend, and is 80 proof like Fernet Branca. In Texas, at least, Fernet Branca is easy to find, but Branca Menta is near impossible.
Branca Menta is a medium brown color and opaque. It's intensely minty, with not only mint, but the cooling effect of menthol as well. It's a step sweeter than Fernet Branca, which masks the firm bitterness, pushing it to the finish.
Carpano Antica Formula stands out from all the other vermouths thanks to its unique bouquet and its unmistakable vanilla notes.First invented in 1786 in Turin by Antonio Benedetto Carpano, it has survived in its original inimitable recipe thanks to the love and the skill of Fratelli Branca Distillerie which, with its motto “Novare Serbando”, has been able to preserve the product’s original qualities and characteristics.
Colours, aromas, flavours and … properties! The Fernet-Branca recipe is a special journey through the 27 herbs, roots and spices that make up its secret and unique special formula.
Every single herb is a distinct universe, experience and discovery.
Fiorente has been created with bartenders in mind. The delicate and floral taste of Fiorente makes any drink taste better. Fiorente contains 20 percent ABV, and has a lower sugar content than most Elderflower liqueurs. Delicate with prosecco in summer favourite Fiorente Spritz, surprising with spirits as a floral touch in cocktails.
The Italian Fratello Liqueur is created at the Francoli Distillery in Piedmont. It’s made from toasted Piemonte hazelnuts that are infused with cocoa, vanilla berries, and elderflowers. Local acacia honey is added as a sweetener. The nose is huge — surprisingly authentic toasted hazelnut character, with a touch of chocolate cookie sweetness underneath. The honey comes across on the finish, something in the vein of a Nutella and honey sandwich. The body is big and powerful, despite the relatively low proof level, and the impact of the flavor is long and lasting.

The late 19th to early 20th century was the "Golden Age" of French aperitif wines known as "quinquinas" or "kinas." Kinas were originally created to make quinine more palatable when administered to soldiers in the disease-plagued "colonies." They took on a life of their own as producers found combinations of ingredients that delighted the public and they took on their own styles following the tastes of the regions in which they were produced. Kina L'Aéro d'Or reflects an Alps-Provence style with white wine made from the Piedmont-grown cortese grape infused with cinchona bark, orange peel, wormwood and other exotic spices. It has a beautiful deep golden hue with an aroma of quince and fine marmalade, and a complex, mildly bitter taste that teases the tongue as its well-balanced sweetness prolongs the finish. Kina Aéro d'Or is absolutely spectacular in classic cocktails such as the 20th Century, Vesper or Corpse Reviver #2 and will easily find its way into many more cocktails of your own. L'Aéro d'Or (The Golden Aeroplane) is a tribute to the first flight across the English Channel, made in 1909 by Frenchman Louis Blériot in his creation, the monoplane. 18% ABV

A delicate bouquet reminiscent of dried fruit, honey and lime tree. It is an intense, elegant, full Pineau.
