Partner Vermouth hearkens to an earlier America when alcohol and medicine were one and the same. Whiskey and vermouth cured all.
Vermouth is wine infused with botanicals. This marriage of flavors dates back to the origins of wine itself. The Caesars and Pharaohs of the ancient world had their own royal recipes, as well as the common folks on their farms…families throughout history added herbs and spices to their local wine, both for flavor and for health. Vermouth has always been considered medicinal as well as delicious, and we are continuing the tradition.
A blend of Merlot and Petite Sirah, heightened it with fresh Tartarian cherries from Lodi California, and exotic spices from around the world. We made grape spirit infusions of spices such as Smoked Black Cardamom, Star Anise, Indian Coriander, Chinchona bark, and Wormwood.

Alessio Vermouth Bianco is an historic variation of Italian Sweet Vermouth, regarded as a "Vino di Moda" (fashion wine). The first "Vermouth Blanc" was most likely invented in Chambéry (now France) in the early 1880's, as a marketing effort to counter the traditional competition in Turin (now Italy), when these two cities were part of the Duchy of Savoy. Vermouth Blanc was made with a similar recipe as traditional sweet vermouth, but was filtered to be completely clear and was sometimes referred to as "Semi-sweet". Up to the end of the 19th century, it went mostly unnoticed, except as novelty in the Chambéry region. A few Italian producers decided to make their own, and Vermouth Bianco was introduced in Italy at the beginning of the 20th century. It was designed to attract a sophisticated '20th Century' palate, and more specifically to women of the era. Alessio Vermouth Bianco strives to capture the idea of a crystalline elegance in the glass and on the palate. Warm spices and mild bitterness are tempered with a bright, crisp citrus finish. Enjoy chilled on its own or as an alternative to traditional Italian Sweet Vermouths in your favorite classic cocktails. 18% ABV

Carpano Dry has its origins in a traditional recipe enriched with the experience of Distillerie Branca through their choice and use of raw materials, their respect and regard for tradition through innovation and with the contribution of Luca Gardini, many times World Sommelier champion.
Primary Ingredients
Preferably young wines and specific herbs.
Production Process
The production process is divided into three phases. Initially a very delicate wine is chosen, in order to ensure a smooth union with the natural extracts of herbs and spices that will then be mixed with it. Then the herbs are processed. These herbs are in part well-known, and in part derived from exotic varieties, the essences of which are extracted to a liquid containing around 30° alcohol content, which contains their active ingredients. Finally the process ends when the fortified wine, sugar and herb extracts are mixed together and filtered before being refined in a tank. At the end of the manufacturing process the product is evaluated and then bottled.

A legend in history. The story goes that on 19 April 1870 , a stockbroker, caught up in a discussion with colleagues whilst in the Carpano wine shop about the increase in share prices on that day – one and a half points – ordered his usual Carpano vermouth but asked for the barman to add half a measure of bitter, using the regional expression “Punt e Mes”. The drink immediately became popular as an aperitif before lunch, as recalled by the barman of the time Maurizio Boeris.
